Class and Personal Training

Strength and Conditioning Classes I have designed a great class, which includes weight training, cardiovascular training and core/balance training.   It has 3 different levels; beginner, intermediate and advanced.  I have designed it so that everyone can do the class no matter where you are with physical activity. It will include anyone from those who have never lifted a weight to the expert in exercise.  I have my own private studio in my gym so we will have our own personal space to workout in.

Personal Training I really enjoy designing personalized programs for all types of intervals from someone who has never worked out to a competitive Bodybuilder, figure competitor or any competitive athlete.  If you need a complete makeover or just want a new challenge I can create it all and design to fit your personal needs.  You can do just one personal training session or save money with 8 to 12 session for a month.  I will also create and include a booklet for you to follow along with when you are off and doing it on your own.
